Payment is taken at checkout through the gateway you select. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order and release the stock.
4. Shipping and risk
Dispatch times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Import duties and local taxes, where applicable, are the buyer responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
5. Returns and refunds
Unless a product page says otherwise, you may return an item within 30 days of delivery in unused condition for a refund of the item price. Digital goods and courses are refundable within 7 days if less than 10 percent has been accessed. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was faulty or not as described.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
